EAM Masters Course Training Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

Training courses are eligible for transfer to another training course on a case by case basis. A refund may be approved if a refund / transfer request provided by the Student meets the following requirements: 

Refunds: The Student MUST notify us of their desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING prior to starting the course Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT acceptable) to the following email address: rich@eammaster.com

Transfers: ALL Transfer Requests MUST be made within 24-Hours of placing your order. Transfer requests will only be approved if the Student has not started the course. The registration fee may be transferred to a course of equal or lesser value. The tuition difference will not be refunded for transfers into a course of lesser value. Transfer to courses of greater value must include payment of additional tuition with the transfer request. 

If the request is made after starting the course OR the student has completed training course the tuition is non-refundable.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Online training courses may not be transferred to another student

  • Students have 120 and 90 days to complete the Master and Planner Self-Paced Certification Courses, respectively. 

  • Students have 42 and 35 days to complete the Master and Planner Boot Camp Certification Courses, respectively. 

Course Extension Policy

  • Students may request a 1-month or 1-week extension for Self-Paced or Boot Camp Courses, respectively. The request must be made before the training course expires. 

  • Students taking a Certification Course must receive a passing grade on the exam to be issued a certificate.
