As President and Founder of EAM Masters LLC, Mr. West is personally involved in designing and delivering every training program. His background includes over 30 years of experience in maintenance training, consulting, and systems implementation with large, asset intensive companies. His field experience together with his extensive Oracle eAM consulting work enables him to develop and deliver training programs that are truly unique. Mr. West is an author and professional speaker within the maintenance professional community and has been an active member of the Oracle eAM Field Advisory Board for over 10 years.

Mr. Bowman has over 20 years of experience in engineering, technology, professional and project management and business operations with excellent communication in organizing training programs.
Mr. Bowman has over 20 years of experience in engineering, technology, professional and project management and business operations. He has extensive experience as an Environmental Engineer responsible for assessments, regulations and compliance across multiple industries. Mr. Bowman executes excellent communication, ensuring all trainees have connection to assignments and meetings throughout each training program.
Mr. Larew has over 30 years of sales and sales management experience, primarily in technology and financial industries, including 6 years in Oracle Maintenance.

Mr. Anderson brings a significant level of maintenance process expertise to projects, helping customers utilize Oracle eAM to increase proactive maintenance work and implement reliability centered maintenance processes.
Mr. Anderson has over 20 years of professional experience including a significant foundation in Reliability Based Maintenance strategies. He has experience as both a maintenance mechanic and a maintenance manger and is an accomplished user of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with many years of implementation and hands-on user experience. Mr. Anderson also brings a significant level of maintenance process expertise to a project to help customers utilize Oracle eAM to increase proactive maintenance work and implement reliability centered maintenance processes.

Mr. Michel’s in-depth knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical equipment enables him to help clients establish both high level maintenance strategies and policies as well as detailed, practical Maintenance Programs, Work Instructions and Equipment Specification for their Maintenance System. Mr. Giles has helped many large asset-intensive companies implement Oracle eAM taking into consideration business processes and maintenance practices.
Mr. Giles has over 20 years of experience in maintenance best practices and enterprise asset management consulting in the mining, oil & gas, utilities and discrete manufacturing industries. He has been an active member of the Oracle eAM Field Advisory Board since 2004. He has helped many large asset-intensive companies implement Oracle eAM taking into consideration business processes and maintenance practices such as Total Productive Maintenance and equipment reliability.
